RETURN POLICY

Every return comes with a prepaid label and zero restocking fees—always. When your package makes it back to us, the value of the approved items turns into store credit, ready for your next find. That credit is yours forever, with no expiration date to keep track of.

Your first move

After your order is fulfilled, you have a few days to make a decision. Gather the pieces you’re sending back, making sure each one is unwashed, unworn, and still in its original condition. Tuck the Packing Slip into the box—it lists every authorized item for your return. Anything extra that isn’t on that slip won’t count toward your credit, so double-check before you seal it up.

While you wait

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, our team takes several business days to work through the processing. The store credit we add to your account is calculated solely on the price of the items you purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. A quick heads-up: you won’t be able to use that credit on a new purchase until the return is fully processed.

If you’re shipping from a PO Box or APO

Returns coming from an APO or PO Box follow a slightly different path. Instead of the Packing Slip, include your Invoice with the eligible items. It’s also essential to obtain tracking for your records. After the delivery is confirmed and our team finishes processing, we’ll send you an E-Gift Card loaded with your store credit.

A few things that can’t make the trip back

We inspect every return to make sure it meets our quality standards. Items that have been washed, worn, or aren’t in their original condition will be denied. On top of that, FINAL SALE items, FLASH SALE items, and STYLE STEAL items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Getting your new item instead of an exchange

We don’t process exchanges for any orders. The simplest way to switch sizes, colors, or styles is to place a new order using your store credit once your return is complete. And if you’re mailing from a PO Box, hanging onto that tracking number is the best way to keep things moving smoothly.
