TERMS OF SERVICE
By deciding to place an order with the site, you’re entering into a mutual agreement. This page outlines what each of us is responsible for, starting with your obligations before an order is even placed.
Your Part of the Agreement
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are at least 18 years old. Additionally, you must be a resident of a country that we service, and you must be accessing our website from within that country. These conditions are fundamental to your eligibility to shop with us.
How We Finalize the Deal
Your order is officially placed the moment you click the confirm order button at checkout. Because this action is final, it’s essential to review your selections carefully beforehand—no modifications can be made after confirmation. We will then send you an order acknowledgement email detailing your chosen items. A binding contract between you and it is not formed at this point, however. The deal is finalized only when we dispatch the products to you, which is when we officially accept your order. We reserve the right to not accept an order at any time before that dispatch occurs.
When We Can't Proceed
We may have to reject an order, in whole or in part, for specific operational reasons. These situations are limited to the following:
- The product is out of stock, or its price or description was listed incorrectly.
- We are unable to authorize your payment or capture the necessary funds.
- You do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in "Your Part of the Agreement."
- Your order includes multiple units of a single product being sent to the same customer or delivery address.
- The delivery address you provided is for a freight forwarding service.
Keeping the Terms Current
The version of the Terms and Conditions that governs your purchase is the one in effect at the time you place your order. There are two specific exceptions to this rule. First, if a change is mandated by law or a governmental authority, that change will apply retroactively to your existing order. Second, if we notify you of a change to these terms before we send your dispatch confirmation email, we will consider the new terms accepted unless you object within working days of your receipt of the products.
Safeguarding Your Information
We use reasonable care to protect the security of your order and payment details. Our responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized access by a third party is limited to situations where we have been negligent. For a complete understanding of our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Your Cancellation Options
Where applicable, you may cancel your order by exercising your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should any matter arise concerning your order, we will contact you directly. The contractual agreement is concluded in English.
Our Right to Manage the Store
To maintain the integrity and reliability of our service, the site retains full operational discretion. This means we may, at any time and without liability to you or any third party, withdraw any product from the website, edit or remove any content, refuse any transaction, or decline service to any person. This includes the ability to refuse, unwind, or suspend a transaction after it has been initiated.
